H & I Automotive is owned by Spencer Doucet. Spencer has been automotive technician since 1998. Spencer is factory trained for Nissan/Infiniti, Toyota/Lexus, Mazda and is one of only a handful of General Motors World Class Technicians in the state of Arizona. He started out by helping his friends when they needed repairs on their vehicles. Those friends told more friends and it soon developed into an opportunity to open his own repair facility. When it came time to name the shop, Spencer only had to consider how he wanted his business to be run. The name H&I stands for Honesty and Integrity. This is how Spencer not only conducts business, but it is also his lifestyle. Spencer has equipped his facility with state of the art diagnostic analyzing tools and service machines to handle anything from routine maintenance to engine replacements.

Spencer's commitment doesn't end with the facility. It also stems to his personnel decisions. Spencer recently strengthened his team with the addition of Chris Marini to his staff. Chris has been a Service Writer/Operations Manager in the automotive field for 15 years and has an additional 10 years of experience as an operations manager in another field. His commitment to excellence and to getting the job done right the 1^st time is a strong asset for any shop. Chris shares in Spencer's business philosophy and together they create a service team that is 2^nd to none.

Spencer also employs Tim Meyer a Nissan/Infiniti Master Technician, Damian Haddix an ASE Certified Technician, and Dave Dugan who has been Spencer's right hand man since day 1. Marshall Gothelf joined the team in May and will be taking care of our Fleet Service Customers as well making sure your vehicles get the best parts possible.
